Android User finally get the Twitter’s 6 second Video Sharing service,  Vine. The app was first launched for iPhone earlier this year. Twitter also announced the Vine has more than 13 million users in just five month. Vine let users upload a video clip up to 6 seconds directly from their mobile phone.


Four month after the app forst release for iOS, twitter release Vine for Android. The devices which is running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich or above can now download the app direct form Google Play Store. The Android version of Vine is not much features as iOS version has. Twitter seems to be following the same path as it did with iOS version, brought a basic version of the app and then updates introducing new features for its users.

Here’s what’s currently included in the current version of the app:

  • support for unlimited free uploads
  •  “easy video creation” – automatic playback and sound
  • Find Friends – find and invite people to join
  • Explore – discover popular posts and trends

the app will get various updates that will bring new features to the Android app including front-facing camera support, hashtags, mentions, search support and Facebook integration.
