The Computex 2013 is set for next week and we are waiting for new devices being announced there. The Taiwanese company ASUS is planning to announced a successor to its 7 inch budget device Memo Pad at computex this year with name – ASUS Memo Pad 7 HD.


The Asus MEMO Pad 7 HS is packed with 7 inch IPS LCD full HD display with maximum resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and 210 pixels per inch density. The tablet is powered by 1.6 GHz quad core processor of unknown maker, as we know the Memo Pad 7 HD will be a affordable tablet, Asus might use a MediaTek processor to keep the price low. It will come with 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB internal memory and runs on Android 4.2 jelly Bean OS. it supports the standard array of 802.11 wireless (b/g/n), Bluetooth, and GPS.

The price of MEMO Pad was $149 at time launch, ASUS will allegedly sell the Memo Pad HD for $169 because of increased component costs. The Asus Memo Pad 7 HD will be available in several colors including white, black, blue, pink, and yellow.
